About Jodie

Experiences

I have advanced qualifications in fitting contraceptive implants (Implanon) and intrauterine devices (IUDs/coil) via a diploma from the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health in the UK.  I keep up to date with the latest advances in contraception to tailor this to your needs.

I am also experienced in offering sensitive, non-judgmental care for women facing unplanned pregnancies.

For pregnant patients, I offer shared care with local hospitals and maintain strong relationships with trusted private obstetricians to offer seamless antenatal through to postnatal care.

I offer cervical screening testing, breast care and management of period concerns including an understanding of PMDD, PCOS and endometriosis.

I’m registered with the Australian Menopause Society and enjoy providing advice on this transition in mid-life to help women thrive through this life stage.

My Aim

Your health is more than just the absence of illness—it’s about maximising the years you live in optimal health. Ideally, your lifespan and health span should align, so you can enjoy a long life while staying fit and well. This isn’t just about medical care; it’s about nutrition, fitness, restorative sleep, and avoiding harmful habits like smoking, excessive alcohol, and stress.

That’s why I take a holistic approach, collaborating with allied health professionals when necessary, and empowering you with evidence-based information to make informed, shared decisions about your health.
